Abstract (EN)
This thesis consists of three chapters. In the first chapter, all the necessary definitions and basic theorems for this study have been given. In the second chapter, the theorems and Lp inequality for the classical Riesz potentials, which are going to be the basic of the study, are given. In the third chapter Taylor expansion for the classical Riesz potentials is given.KEY WORDS : Riesz Potential, Taylor expansion, Singular Integrals.
