Abstract (EN)
The ring spinning technology is the most common and the highest capacity yarn production style all around the world including our country which still holds its commercial qualification. The increasing competition conditions of the world decreases profit margin conventionally day by day, so the ring spinning machine owners heading for new modifications to raise value-added products. The first of this modifications are core-spun and slub yarn production systems. Nowadays, those machines, modificated by this system is so many that the productions are nearly became as standard products. A new system is needed to either answer the increasing market demands or advance in competition conditions. One of this new modification is injected yarn production system. Nowadays, one of the most remarkable kind of fancy yarn is injected yarn. This kind of yarn includes long and short staple based yarn structure within different speciality fibre group (colour, sort etc.) at certain intervals. Different speciality fibre group ranks as the effect creating material. The name of this kind of yarn comes from injecting effect fibres to main structure sectional. During manufacture, including effective fibre to the main structure without decreasing the quantity causes thickness. In this study, it has been researched the sample yarn structures made by a totally different an original new system than the old available one.
