Abstract (EN)

Contribution Of Franz Schubert To Lied Art In Romantic PeriodIn this reserach, I examined how far the lied form with Franz Schubert who lived in Romantic period had gone and how piano accompaniment becomes a supporting and defining element, German lieds? contribution to the innovation of lied technique.I wonder why Schubert?s lied albums are recorded by so many different musicians in music markets, and why they are studied all over the world because of its training characterestic and why they are always preferred in concerts, therefore I make a research. What could he have done to lead to the following lied composers? Does he sembolyzes Romantic period or Classic period? What is his contribution to lied art? In this research, I aim to reach out to conclusion by looking for the answers of these questions.This research also includes the life and works of the composer; information of Romantic period and lied tradition; the lives of the poets whose poems are subjects of Schubert?s lieds.Keywords: Franz Schubert, Romantic period, Lied, Piano.
