Abstract (EN)

In this study, it provides an overview of the historical development of wind energy technology and discusses the current situation of world wind energy production. It also presents recent advances in understanding the current state of wind turbine technology and the long history of wind energy. Despite the strong growth in the number of wind turbines worldwide, occupational accident statistics are fragmented even at the international level and unfortunately do not show the state of occupational health and safety in the sector. The aim of this study is to better understand the occupational health and safety risks and practices as hundreds of high-power wind turbines are built each year. The overall aim is to provide an overall assessment of the wind energy industry. The findings of the study begin with a review of the occupational accidents that have occurred in the sector since the beginning of the 2000s. Work accidents occurring in this sector worldwide come under foru main headings (blade failure, fire incidents, structural failures and transportation). Blade malfunctions account for 34% of accidents in this sector. These work accidents totaled 3.540 accidents, 169 of which were fatal accidents. One of the basic information in occupational health and safety (OHS) is the protection of occupational hazards and occupational accidents and their collection in the control report. Risk assessment is used as a tool to identify hazards and decide risk. As a comprehensive and beautiful risk assessment method, Fine Kinney and L-Type Matrix are applied within the scope of this thesis to help keep occupational hazards under control in practice. Fine Kinney and L-Type Matrix approach, an effective risk assessment of hazards in various regions regarding occupational accidents in power plants, results in more accurate and reliable progress in the wind power plant. It is suggested that the conclusion section be extended and supplemented.
