Abstract (EN)
Studies on renewable energy sources are increasing acceleration in recent years. Because of recent energy sources getting in depletion trend, increment in raw material prices, reverse effects on human and environmental health, some difficulties in their use, increases the studies on new and renewable energy sources. In this thesis study, 500kW fixed, single axis follower and dual axis follower photovoltaic (PV) systems were simulated in PVsyst program environment and performance analysis of fixed and solar follower systems was performed at MRS UĞRAŞLAR GES campus. In addition, the PVsyst platform of MRS UĞRAŞLAR GES with 500kW power with fixed inclined plane was simulated and the annual production data and program output data were compared. The simulation system was examined for situations in a real system, and the results were interpreted through system graphics and suggestions were presented for planning and system engineers. The most important of the suggestions presented is which system will have the highest efficiency.
