Abstract (EN)

The electrically excited field windings replaced by permanent magnets in permanent magnet synchronous machines. The flux in a permanent magnet motor is established by the magnets. Flux is the most important parameter in the design. Methods of calculating the current use in the calculation of torque equations and the speed/torque characteristic. Development in the permanent magnet motors has many advantages including the elimination of brushes, slip- rings and rotor copper losses in the field winding, which leads to higher efficiency. Ideal sinewave motor, developed initially from the basis of sine-distributed windings. The more important reason for beginning with the ideal sine-distributed winding is that it is closely and simply related to the concept of the space vectors. Motor equations are derived and important methods in the calculation of the back-EMF and the core losses are investigated. A brief description of the characteristics, parameters and equations associated with permanent magnets is given în this study, vector control is investigated for to derive a high dynamic performance in controlling the AC motor, and compared with the direct torque control. A knowledge is given about the drive circuits. Theoretical knowledges about the basic princples of space vector PWM method are given. The structure of vector controlled permanent magnet synchronous motor is investigated with a block diagram constituted with the Simulink software. Keywords: Permanent magnet synchronous motor, vector control, space vector PWM, drive circuits, Direct torque control. xvi
