Abstract (EN)
In this study, it was aimed to produce somatic embryo in vitro using shoot tips obtained from corm of saffron (Crocus sativus L.). For this purpose; plant growth regulators have been applied to the nutrient media at different combinations and concentrations and their effects on somatic embryo formation have also been examined.
