Abstract (EN)
Violence occurs as a threat that continues from the existence of humanity, the power that people have, the power that they have, to a person other thant hemselves, to another person who rubies himself, or is likely to end in injury and loss, or as a result of personal action. In the World in which we live and in the country in which we live, it has been observed that in recent years, violent behavior has been normalized day by day as if it were a very ordinary and natural event. Although violence is observed in almost all segments of society, it is remarkable that it has become a public health problem that is increasingly increasing in work environments and affecting all working people. Health institutions have been reported to be the first among high risk workplances when viewed as exposure to workplance violence Dec. Lookind at recent years, the violence against health workers in our country is verbal every day (shouting, insulting, threatening, derogatory speech, atc.) violence, physial (pushing, inlaid, attacking with a knife, damaging items, etc.) violence, even the phenomenon of violence such as caste for life exist, press publications and social media accounts are mstly known to multiply the seshares. Based on these, this study has two remarkeble goals. Firs, reising awarenes of violence in health, and second, making recommendations to reduce violence in health with the example of Kastamonu province. As a result of our study, it was observed that the most health violence in Kastamonu province is usually carried out by male patients, they are subjected toviolence during the most overtime hours, the cause of violence is caused by intolerance to the most waiting, the vast majority of health workers who are subjected to violence have decreased desire to work. In Kastamonu education and Research Hospital, specific research on health ta violence was carried out and it was concluded that measures should be taken. Material and method: 132 health workers working in Kastamonu province were reached and 32 question survey studies were conducted. The SPSS (Statistical PackageforSocialSciences) for Windows 25.0 program was used for statistical analysis when evaluating the results of the study.
