Abstract (EN)
The aim of this research is to reveal the differences in psychological resilience, job satisfaction, and techno-stress levels of healthcare workers according to their sociodemographic characteristics, and to determine the relationship between psychological resilience, job satisfaction, and techno-stress. This explanatory study was conducted with healthcare workers working at Ağrı Training and Research Hospital, with a sample consisting of 471 healthcare workers who voluntarily participated in the research. A questionnaire consisting of sociodemographic questions, the short psychological resilience scale, job satisfaction scale, and techno-stress scale was used as the data collection tool. The statistical analysis of the data was performed using SPSS 26.0 and AMOS 24.0 software packages. Validity and reliability analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, difference analyses, correlation, and regression analyses were conducted in the study. The analyses revealed that participants' levels of techno-stress and job satisfaction vary according to various sociodemographic characteristics. According to the analyses, married individuals, those with an associate degree or lower, those with more years of service, intensive care and operating room staff, and the middle age group have higher levels of techno-stress; while married individuals, ward staff, those with fewer years of service, and those with an associate degree or lower have lower levels of job satisfaction. A weak negative relationship was observed between techno-stress and psychological resilience, as well as between techno-stress and job satisfaction. As techno-stress increases, healthcare workers' levels of job satisfaction and psychological resilience decrease. Reducing the negative effects of technological devices used in healthcare service delivery is contingent upon employees being satisfied with their work and maintaining good psychological health. Providing suitable infrastructure and materials in the work environment for the efficient use of technology can positively increase job satisfaction and psychological resilience. According to multiple regression analysis, job satisfaction and psychological resilience account for 7.3% of the total variance in techno-stress. High levels of job satisfaction and psychological resilience among healthcare workers indicate low levels of techno-stress. In this context, it is recommended to provide material and moral incentives to increase employee motivation for job satisfaction, and for psychological resilience, managers should create a democratic and employee-friendly environment. Emotional and social support mechanisms that healthcare workers can access whenever needed should be provided. Keywords: Job Satisfaction, Psychological Resilience, Healthcare Workers, Techno-stress
