Burnout in health workers

In the study area, the individual is freed from the influence of perception as a tool in the classical management system and has been brought to the highest quality and most valuable position within the framework of the modern system concept. Addressing the problems of the individual working in every field of life is the most important point in the scope of the modern management system. As a result of this approach, it is expected that the working person will be healthy, happy and peaceful. One of the most important sectors in which countries compete with each other is health services. The only sector where the slightest mistake is not even compensated is the health sector. In this important sector, it is important to solve the problems experienced by health workers in order to achieve positive results in achieving quality and high efficiency targets. The aim of the modern system approach; means a health worker who is satisfied, happy, loving his / her job and satisfying, highly motivated, unwilling to work, that is, not psychologically exhausted. In this context, it is necessary to emphasize the importance of burnout in the field of health and health worker. For this purpose, the work is divided into sections, the first chapter includes general definitions, the importance of burnout and related concepts and importance of health workers, concepts of relationships and stages of burnout. In the second chapter, the symptoms and causes of burnout, their effects on individual, organizational, familial and health care workers and their coping strategies are discussed. In this study, bibliography scans, historian methods, experiences in the fields and precedents, and my experiences as a health worker have been utilized. It is necessary to emphasize the importance of burnout in health workers. Because, to provide healthy, happy and dynamic services to those who ask for help for their health, working with zero errors, at the same time to provide careful service, will bring the sector to the goals of quality, high efficiency and patient satisfaction.
