Abstract (EN)

The aim of this study is to evaluate the impact of health professionals' readiness and information technology attitude levels on individual performances in information technologies in hospitals. The aim of this course is to determine the effect of attitudes and readiness of managers, faculty members, specialist doctors, specialization students, nurses, laborers, technicians, health officers and data preparation control operators. The study was carried out between 01 April and 01 July 2018 in Gülhane EAH for doctors, nurses, other health personnel and data preparation and control operators. Demographic characteristics (8 items), communication technologies (4 items), BTHS questionnaire (13 items), BTT questionnaire (30 items) and individual performance scale (9 items) were used measurement tools to measure employees' perceptions about information technologies. A total of 5 sections and 64 items were used. The sample was not used in the study; physicians 590 (%30,5), Nurse 644 (%33,29), other health personnel 512 (%26,47) and 188 (%9,72) data preparation and control operator in the form of the whole universe consisting of 1934 people were used as the sample. Of the 1934 people, 752 (38,88%) agreed to participate in the study and participated in the survey. Of the 752 questionnaires, 32 (%4,26) were not reliable because of various reasons, so 720 questionnaires were taken into consideration. The ratio of completed questionnaires to the universe was %37.22. For statistical analysis and calculations, MS-Excel 2010, IBM SPSS Statistics 22.0 and AMOS 21.0 programs were used. Descriptive statistics, Shapiro-Wilk test, Mann-Whitney test, Kruskal-Wallis test, Spearman Rank Correlation Coefficient and Structural Equation Model (SEM) were applied. It has been determined that some of the socio-demographic variables show significant differences with BTHS, BTT and Employee Performance. It was observed that the total score of BTHS and Worker Performance total and all sub-dimension score were significant, linear but weak. It was found that there was a significant, linear but weak relationship between CTT score and total and total sub-dimension score. As a result of the SEM analysis, it has been determined that BTHS has a significant effect on BTT, BTT has increased individual performance and BTHS has decreased. When analyzed on the basis of sub-dimensions, no significant effect could be determined on the performance dimensions. Key Words: Health, Information Technology, Attitude, Readiness, Individual Performance.
