Sağlık hizmetlerinde blockchain entegrasyonubilgi sistemi: Güvenli ve etkili yaklaşım

Because a decentralized open healthcare web is involved, blockchain technology presents a sharp approach for reserving medical information, accomplishing medical processes, and improving confidence for medical information sharing and interaction. Despite the recent significant interest regarding the service of blockchain in the healthcare enterprise, the privacy and security of blockchain technologies are the main issues that are focused in the literature for blockchain-based medical data sharing and transactions. To the best of my knowledge and by covering the literature from 2018 through 2023, I critically evaluate the state of the art in this field with a focus on the works that address the challenges and the applications of blockchain for improved healthcare systems. Our review serves to guide future research areas and improvements by critically appraising and summarizing the literature.
