Abstract (EN)

One of these days the concept of quality is used by institutions which want to provide advantages in the intensive competition atmosphere epidemically. Beside the manufacturing sector service sector has adopted the Total Quality Management rapidly and started to apply too.Philosophy of Total Quality Management is adopted by the healthcare organizations which being an important one in the service sector and accordingly, training which will assure the quality of healthcare had been gained importance gradually. The foremost among these trainings are Quality Management System, JCI (Joint Commission International) and ISO 15189:2003 Medical Laboratories- Particular Requirements for Quality and Competence.Medical Laboratories are the necessity unites in the representation of healthcare service that almost the wholes of patients are got services that came to healthcare organizations. The reference method that used by laboratories, to keep under control the process which begins with selection of the right way and ending with overarching of the result with the patient clinical is Accreditation of Medical Laboratories. Thanks to this way it has been provided to assuring the test results in the sense of both patient and medical doctor which is responsible for the cure. In this training it had been given a place to establishing ISO 15189:2003 Accreditation Systems in the central laboratory of application research hospital.
