Abstract (EN)

Time concept, although a relative concept in business and administrative processes should be actively considered is an extremely important concept. Especially in recent years, the application of modern management techniques that are time management has a special importance in health institutions. Due to the nature of the health sector and semi-public continuously and without interruption of this service must be fulfilled in accordance with the implementation of time management is very important in health institutions. The implementation of health institutions within the scope of work time management, senior managers in terms of time management, attitudes and behaviours reflected issues were processed. The study adopted quantitative methods and data collection techniques were applied to the survey. Antalya province, which has been serving the senior and middle level employees in the public sector survey was administered to managers of health institutions. The data of this study, n analysis and tested with chi-square tests and findings are discussed. According to the results of the study of health care managers experienced a number of problems in scheduling, but in general, the time to pay attention to the trap and pay more attention to planning.
