Abstract (EN)

It is thought that the organizational behavior variables discussed by the hospital observations are the concepts that the health professionals meet in their routine professional life. However, it has been observed that the studies on the organizational behavior variables stated in the literature are too few to be tried in the field of health. From this, it is aimed to investigate the effect between organizational citizenship behavior, work autonomy, organizational security climate, the effects of emotional intelligence variables on each other and cynicism. Survey responses of 180 health workers who accepted to participate in the survey and determined easily by sampling method were analyzed and interpreted using SPSS for Windows 22.00 and AMOS 22.0 program. Confirmatory factor analysis (DFA) was performed on the scales used in the study and cronbach's alpha values were calculated. It was observed that organizational citizenship behavior did not affect job autonomy and organizational security climate, job autonomy did not affect emotional intelligence, organizational citizenship behavior was directly proportional to emotional intelligence, job autonomy was directly proportional to organizational security climate and emotional intelligence, organizational security climate and emotional intelligence inversely proportional, and finally inversely proportional to cynicism burnout.
