Impact of jobsti̇fi̇cati̇on of the organi̇zati̇onal cli̇mate i̇n the health sector

This study was made in order to examine the reletion ship between demographic variablesand to determine jobsatisfaction and organizational climate of the health personel working in a public hospital. This is extremely important in terms of hospitals. 162 health worker sparticipated in the study performed in Adana State Hospital. As a measurement Minnesota JobSatisfaction and Organizational Climate Scalewasused. We can expressed that them ostimportant conditiontomaintain their existence in the business world , where there is an intense competition of the organization operating in different sectors, is to be created the dynamicforms of organization beyond the classicman agementstyle. We can tell tha torganizational managementstyle can be effective to be a leader and to increaselevels of jobsatisfaction of employees working in different tasks. In this study which at temptedtoexpla in the impact on employees' jobsatisfaction of the structure of organizational climate in the healthsector , it has tried to be explained the efficiencylevels of the organizationalstructure and there a sons for the difference between jobsatisfaction of the personel working in the public and state hospital. In the first part of the study, general information is given about jobsatisfationandits general features. In the second part, organizational climate and itscharacteristics are given. And in the third part, general information about the HealthSector in Turkey are given.
