Abstract (EN)

Research shows that most of the energy consumption is due to the construction. The energy provided by renewable sources and energy consumption are increasing. The resources that face the danger of exhaustion every day cause the ecological equilibrium to deteriorate. After shopping centers, it was aimed to investigate systematically the harmonization of health buildings which are the most energy consuming buildings with sustainable, climatic comfort design parameters. Thesis work is covered in 5 chapters. In the first part, the problem is identified, the aim of working afterwards was stated, and importance, limitations and method were put forward respectively. In the second part, comfort and climatic comfort concept and climatic comfort design parameters are explained. Afterwards, different climatic regions in Turkey are given and climate characteristics of the provinces where health structures are indicated to be examined. In the third part, the parameters of building shell and building shell subsystem are examined. In the fourth section, the sample will be analyzed for each health structure climatic regions of Turkey were selected. After the climatic and regional data are given. Evaluation of healthcare facilities according to climatic comfort design parameters was made. In the conclusion section, findings obtained without study were evaluated and suggestions for future studies were presented.
