Investigation of the effect of the service structure of the health transformation program: Kahramanmaraş sample

My thesis focuseson health management system and the role of stakeholders in generally in the World and especially in Turkey. İn order to understand the issue better, I started thesis what is the definition of health in the literature, health rights in the World, the aim and the importance of the health services. From my point of view, it is also important to know health service clasification and their usage with effects. After that I focused on govermantal health policies in our country from early 1920's to today briefly. Thus; it is more understandable to necessity and requirements. In third sections I deeply analyzed our transormation in health programme and its components. I shared information about the aims and the phases of the programme with examples. Because of its importance I seperated one section to new organizational structure of Ministry of Health within the frame of statue number 663. After totally understanding of new govermantal policies I digged out the affects of transformation in health sytem policies in Kahramanmaras. In this phase I used the most updated data which has been picked up from the field to show the results and effects. I analyzed the data in details carefully to reach the right results and this thesis is especially different here. The data were analyzed due to the protection of the data used to date indicate in the space to be filled with good and bad sides of the system. Place between the results obtained by other Kahramanmaras province and provides a significant opportunity in terms of the comparison of sampling position in the overall system. This thesis can be useful for all who are interested in health management system, its effects and application in Turkey and Kahramanmaras like univesity students, health workers, different researchers and decision makers in different governmental organizations.
