Abstract (EN)

Disasters can have severe impacts on human health by weakening health systems and impacting response performance. When hospitals that are adequate under normal conditions become insufficient during disasters, field hospitals are established to meet the health needs of disaster victims. In disaster situations, it is vital for field hospitals to have a resilient supply chain network so that disruptions in supply chain networks do not affect their medical response capacity. In this context, this study will identify the factors that affect the supply chain resilience of field hospitals under disaster conditions and determine their impact on the medical response capacity of these hospitals. In the first step, literature review and the Delphi technique were used to determine the criteria. In the second step, the importance levels and impact diagrams of the identified criteria were determined using Neutrosophic DEMATEL, a MCDM technique. In the third step, the DEMATEL relationship matrix was converted to a Bayesian Network and run in GeNIe. This study aimed to determine the impact of resilience criteria on the medical response capacity of field hospitals. The study found that the three variables with the most significant impact on the system were critical response maximization, uninterrupted supply flow, agility. Furthermore, demonstrated the importance of strategic planning, corporate agreements, agility, backup supplies, and critical stocks in ensuring supply chain resilience for field hospitals. This study aims to strengthen the supply chain resilience of field hospitals, thereby contributing to the provision of adequate, timely, and sustainable healthcare services in disaster conditions.
