Abstract (EN)
In this study, 4 different species of probiotic bacteria, Lactobacillus casei, Lactobacillus plantarum, Rhodopseudomonas palustri and Saccharomuces cerevisiae were supplemented into extruder feed by spraying and also effects on growth parameters in juvenile of meagre (Argyrosomus regius) were investigated. Trials were designed in triplicate and probiotic bacteria were administered in 10 ml.kg-1 in experimental groups whilst no probiotic was supplemented into control group. At the end of the experiment, in probiotic supplemented group total length, weight, survival rate and feed conversion ratio was measured as 13,03±0,61 cm, 21,08±1,26 gr, 85,2±4,12%, 1,62%.day-1, and 1,22, respectively. These parameters were recorded as 12,01±0,83 cm, 19,21±1,52 gr, 73±5,53%, 1,46%.day-1, and 1,35, respectively. According to obtain results, there is no significant differences on total length and weight (p>0.05) however significant differences were found in survival rate and feed conversion rate among experimental groups (p<0.05).
