Abstract (EN)
Although the solidarity of the countries in the globalizing world is gaining importance every day, especially in the field of defense, countries should descend to their essence and establish the basis of their defense in their own country. Defense industry is a strategic element of general industrial policies and it is critical for national security and countries having high added value economy. Although the defense industry has similar aspects to the civilian sectors, it differs from other sectors in that it requires a large amount of R & D and investment for a single project, high quality standards, the use of advanced technology, and a market with a limited number of buyers and open to political influences. It is the locomotive in the development of technological infrastructure of countries. Therefore, investments in these areas are among the strategic objectives of the countries. In this study, a simulation model of the prototype product has been developed for fast and low cost production, which is one of the determinants of the success of the Domestic Development and Production Based Defense Projects. The prototype product line model was modeled on the Arena 10.0 program, and the OptQuest module minimized the cost for the scenarios determined for the system constraints. The model was discussed through a real production project and the results were evaluated.
