Abstract (EN)

As a result of the various supports given recently, the demand for aquaculture sector has started to increase. The incidence of bacterial diseases is also increased due to increased production. The emergence of diseases in enterprises causes significant economic losses. Therefore, determination of effective treatment methods against diseases in aquaculture has an important place. One of these bacterial infections, Gram (-), Aeromonas hydrophila, can be encountered all over the world. In the treatment of this disease, it is absolutely necessary to use antibiotics and it is important to apply the treatment program carefully. Antimicrobial resistance is the most common treatment for antibiotic application. In our study, we tried to determine the efficiancy of three different (Erythromycin, Doxycycline, Sülfadiazine) antibiotics used in experimentally generated Aeromonas infections in carp (Cyprinus carpio). Bacterial investigations were performed during the study using blood agar. In conclusion, clinical findings in all groups were compared and continuous observations were made. Sülfadiazine and doxycycline have been recommended because of the high therapeutic efficacy of antibiotics. Regular studies of antibiotic resistance studies should be conducted in a controlled manner for both humans and animals, and studies should be carried out for the traceability of antibiotic use.
