Abstract (EN)
The aim of this study is to analyze the effect of different kinds of endurance exercises, which performed in a hyperthermic environment 3 days a week for 2 months, on physical, physiological and blood parameters.24 volunteers-physical education and sports students, who do not have any health problems and not to allowed to drink water during the exercise, participated in this study. The subjects divided into two groups equally.ITG: Interval Exercise Group, n: 12,CRG: Continuous Runners Group n: 12Blood of the athletes was sampled before the exercise, max VO2 was determined by means of shuttle running, physical and physiological features were surveyed by Tanita ?TBF 300 device and use of BIA method both before and after the exercise. For analysis of the data, Mann-Whitney U test, one of the nonparametric tests, was used to compare the difference between independent groups and while Wilcoxon test, one of the nonparametric tests, was used to compare the difference between the dependent groups.According to the results of the study, in Interval exercise group, it has been found that there is a significant difference between before and after exercise values of BMS and body temperature (p<0.01), BWP (P<0.05). There is a significant difference between pre-exercise and postexercise following the 8 weeks period in BWP (P<0.01) while there is no statistically difference in BMS and body temperature. In continuous runners groups , It has been found that there is a significant difference between values of pre-exercise and post exercise in body temperature (P<0.01) and in BWP and BM (P<0.05). There is a significant difference between pre-exercise and post exercise following the 8 weeks period in BWP and body temperature (P<0.01) and there is no statistically difference in BMS.Max VO2 values of both groups increased significantly (P<0.01). There is no significant difference between groups.By comparing the groups for body temperature is not found significant differences in first training, the last in CRG group have higher body temperature values. When we compared to the first and last training is have lower values of the group ITG than CRG (p<0,01).It has been found that there is a significant difference of Noradrenaline in plasma catecholamines level when last test values are compared in IAG (P<0.01). Although adrenaline and dopamine has changed it doesn?t refer to any statistical significance. It has been found that there is a difference of (p<0.01) level in noradrenaline and (P<0.05) level in adrenaline. There is a significant difference between groups in pre-values of adrenaline (P<0.01), and noradrenaline (p<0.05).By comparing plasma growth hormone and prolactin levels, only significant increases in ITG while the growth hormone, It has been found that there is no statistically significant difference between two groups in the level of Plasma Growth Hormone. There is a significant difference between groups only in PRL values (P<0.05).There is no statistically significant difference between values of TSH, FT4, and FT3, T3 and T4 obtained from ITG and CTG in Thyroid hormone. There is no statistically significant difference between the values of TG, HDL-K, LDL-K and VLDL and cholesterol in lipid plasma values both in group and between groups. There is no statistically difference between groups in pre and post exercise values in respect of physical and physiological features but SKG and body temperature after the exercise increased significantly in respect of IAG (p<0,05).Total of 24 pre-training both groups between the total final value p <0.01, according to the significant changes were seen.
