Abstract (EN)

Increasing the cell resistance in cancer cells, and one of the factors that led to the emergence of resistance to drugs is increased in cancer cells of the enzyme activity of TrxR. The inhibition of this enzyme is important in the treatment of cancer. In this study, gold complexes of some Schiff base will play a role in inhibitory role TrxR previously unexplored. This will be approximated to the availability of these compounds as pharmaceuticals for the anticancer area. In this study, 2-methoxy-6 - ((o-triflorometilimino) methyl) phenol (L1) ligand inhibited TrxR the rate of 98.75%. Similar effect of this ligand 2-methoxy-6 - ((o-triflorometilimino) methyl) phenol-gold complexes (M1) also showed. (Methoxy) -6 - ((o-toliimino) methyl) phenol (L2) ligand provided by the TrxR inhibition via giving 4662.77 μM IC50. Gold complex of this ligand is 2-(methoxy) -6 - ((o-toliimino) methyl) phenol-gold complex (M2) to the IC50 value was calculated as 1519.91 μM. M2 in the fight against tumors has been regarded as the TrxR is Inhibitors. Key Words: TrxR, Schiff base, phospine, gold complex, inhibition of enzyme, cancer
