Abstract (EN)
In today's business world, job productivity and employee satisfaction are key factors that determine the success of organizations. Job motivation is a critical element that shapes employees' interest in, commitment to, and performance at work, while union attitudes reflect employees' perspectives on and levels of participation in union organizations. Union organizations operate with goals such as defending rights, ensuring justice, and promoting participation in democratic processes in the workplace. Thus, the impact of union attitudes on job motivation emerges as an important research topic. Moreover, the effect of union attitudes on job motivation is closely related to employees' sense of security in the workplace. Unions actively defend workers' rights and play a role in ensuring job security. Through unions, employees can help maintain the balance of power in the workplace, thereby increasing their confidence in their jobs. In this study, the effects of public employees' union attitudes on job motivation were analyzed using a survey method. The primary aim of the research is to understand how union attitudes shape job motivation and to reveal the underlying dynamics of this relationship. In this context, the study examines how unions influence employees' motivation levels and emphasizes the role and significance of the union movement in working life. In conclusion, the impact of union attitudes on job motivation is complex and multifaceted. Therefore, strengthening union attitudes in workplaces can increase employees' job motivation and positively affect job performance. This research provides important insights to deepen the understanding of the relationship between union attitudes and job motivation, helping organizations develop effective motivation strategies for their employees. By identifying the effects of union attitudes on job motivation, the study can assist organizations in developing appropriate strategies to enhance employee satisfaction and optimize performance.
