In this study, Serifler Yalisi, also known as Abdullah Pasha Waterside Mansion, which was built in 1782 on the land of Emir Gune coastal palace, which were demolished during the reign of Abdulhamid I, was examined in terms of its history, inhibant, architectural features and its relations with the surrounding neighborhood. In order to determine the inhabitant of the building, archival documents titled Bostancıbaşı Defters belonging to the reigns of Abdulhamid I, Selim III and Mahmut II were examined. This study has allowed the social fabric of the neighborhood to be understood. The documents in the Ottoman Archives which were latinized and presented in the annex of this study shed light on the purchasing process of the building in 1892 for the use of Abdullah Pasha and also includes the details of the repair of quay in front of it. The Harem Building, which was built as the original part of the Pavillion of Selamlık has been demolished during the construction of the coastal road in 1946. Pavillion of Selamlık was dominated by Turkish baroque style. In some rooms of the building, classical, baroque and rococo style appear together on wooden ceiling decoration. But in Iftariye Hall, which was added later, neoclassical style is dominant in accordance with the characteristics of period. Pavillion of Selamlık has traditional plan features and survived without any chance in its plan. On its ceiling girdles and the cabinet, depictions of the architectural themes can in the style of Abdulhamid I and Selim III period can be seen. Birds, flowers, fruits and goods are the other descriptions in the building which were also analyzed in this study.
