Abstract (EN)

In this study, Multiple antibiotic resistance was determined 88 Enterobacteriaceae strains which were isolated from Seyhan Dam. Plasmids of these strains were isolated and each of these strains plasmide profile was determined.MAR index of one strain was determined to be 1 and this strain was identified as Escherichia coli. MAR index of 14 strains in total 88 isolates were determined to be 0.142.It was determined that 40 isolates contain plasmid in 88 total isolates. It were seen that relationship with antibiotic count and plasmid profile, Escherichia coli, which was resist to 7 antibiotic, has not any plasmid. But another strain of Escherichia coli, which was resist to 1 antibiotic, has contain total 7 plasmid bands. Moreover, the other Escherichia coli strain resist to 5 antbiotics. But it has 14 plasmid bands.
