Abstract (EN)

In this study it was identified, totally aerob, total coliform, fecal coliform, bacteria ratio and determined of antibiotics which were frequently used recently, resistance frequency, were investigated from Seyhan dam isolates. According to the biochemical analysis results,. 179 E. coli, 179 Enterobacter sp., 47 Citrobacter sp., 21 Klebsiella sp., and fecal coliform at a rate of 33% were determined from water samples. In this study Streptococcus feacalis, Vibrio spp., and Cryptococcus spp were investigated at the sample points, Streptococcus feacalis Vibrio cholero and Cryptococcus spp were not detected also Vibrio parahaemolyticus.,was determined at 3.1, 3.2, 7.1 sample points. The beta-lactamase antibiotics resistance to Cefazolin 47,7%, Cefuroxim 18,3%, Ampicilin 15,47%, Streptomicin 12,64%, Ceftriakson 11,32%, Gentamicin 4,71% and Imipenem 4,52% were determined from isolated strains. Multiple antibiotic resistance were determined from the rate of 46,14% of isolated strains. Consequently a heavy contamination was detected in Seyhan dam and this may be causes serious public health problems in future time. Keywords : Enterobacteriaceae, Seyhan Dam, Antibiotic Resistance
