Sheikhul-İslam Musa Kazım Sir's life,works and his techniques of inter-pretation

In hegird 1257(1858-1859) Musa Kâzım Sir was born in Tortum inErzurum, he got is education in Ottomon medressehs, after that hedeveloped his education and teachment with his own efforts. He?s a sheikhul-Islam who attended social and political events.Although he lived during the last periods of Ottomon Empire, he solvedour time?s-problems with his own ideas and advises. He?s a person not onlyloving his country and people but also achieving his duties andresponsibilities. So, he?s not only a sheikhul-Islam and islamic-scholor butalso he?s an action man who is looking for the solotions of the problems,because of his these characteristics, he wrote a lot of books and he declaredlots of conferences for the liberation of slam-word and his country.Musa Kâzım Sir?s a person who struggled in his books with improvementof islamic theology, medressehs and programs, providing foreign-laguageeducation in these fundementals, taking foreign-technigue sciences, basicrights, independences, equality and justice.Musa Kâzım Sir?s who has a lot of knowledges about every subjects,wrote on figh, slamic theology and arabic works about himself is about hisfiqh characteristic. We examined his Safvetü?l-Beyan fi Tefsiri?l-Kur?aninterpretation, to show the scienca world his interpretation identity.In the first part of research, sheikhul-islam foundation, the life of MusaKâzım Sir, his scientific personality, his teachers, his works, his sufi, mysticcharacteristics, his membership to ttihat and Terakki Party and his books,was tried to examine. n addition to this part, you can see, his position of hisislamic thought, the education in the Ottomon medressehs, andimprovements of these places, getting rid of madhab conservatism, hiscontemporary ideas and his general opinion in the thought of islamic-politicism.In the second part, his technique of inter-pretation, in this case, firstly hisresources of interpretation was examined giving lots of examples, besides hisopinions about verses of Koran was comparet with verses of interpretations.After that, his interpratation-characteristics and rumor and the science ofKoran for the perspective of verses of science was examined. This subjectwas tried to study, seperating subtitles for example fiqh, islamic theology andthe reading the Koran. Especially, his opinions and evaluations about thesesubjects, giving lots of verses of Koran examples, was tried to show.In conclusion part, presenting the of summery of investiqations andevaluations which was examined during the work so that the study wascompleted.
