Abstract (EN)
The Ottoman State has achieved significant success in political, cultural, economic and military fields since its foundation. The institutionalization of the state was taken as an example from previous periods. The institutional and other structures that were created during the time of the previous Turkish states have formed a unique structure by synthesizing. One of these structures is the renewal movements made in the Ilmiye Central Organization. The institutions that were established in almost every period in the Ilmiye Central Organization were transformed into a new organization by reflecting on the next period. Şeyhülislamlık, madrasa professor, kadı and mufti are among the most important units of the Ilmiye Organization. The structural features and determinations of the madrasa organization were made according to a certain system. When the "Telhis Book Number Three" is examined, appointments made to rank and accident, as well as appointments of professors, judges and mufti are seen.
