An analysis of the policies of leading countries in cybersecurity and Turkiye's cybersecurity strategies

This study, titled "AN ANALYSIS OF THE POLICIES OF LEADING COUNTRIES IN CYBERSECURITY AND TURKIYE'S CYBERSECURITY STRATEGIES", aims to analyze the cybersecurity policies of prominent countries worldwide and compare them with Turkey's current strategies. With the increase of cyber threats and the acceleration of digitalization, countries increasingly consider cybersecurity an integral part of their national security. In this context, global powers such as the United States, China, Russia, Israel, and the European Union play a significant role in developing cybersecurity policies. The objective of this study is to identify the successful aspects of these countries' cybersecurity strategies, compare them with Turkey's strategies, and propose recommendations for improvements in the field of cybersecurity. The study discusses the impact of these policies, how they can be integrated into Turkey's cybersecurity policies, and the necessary steps to strengthen Turkey's national strategies. Turkey's National Cybersecurity Strategies and Action Plans, implemented over the years, are a significant point of examination in this context. As a result, the strategic steps Turkey needs to take in order to align with the global cybersecurity ecosystem and protect its national security are emphasized.
