Abstract (EN)

In this study, we designed a resistor-free memristor emulator in both grounded and floating configurations. The grounded memristor emulator consists of a single CC-CCTA as the active element, while the passive element is a capacitor. The floating memristor emulator incorporates an OTA in addition to these circuit elements. Our memristor emulator is capable of high-frequency operation and is electronically controllable. Simulation studies to evaluate its performance were conducted using the LTspice program with TSMC 180 nm technology. Subsequently, we converted the proposed memristor emulator into cubic form to introduce higher nonlinearity in chaotic systems. This cubic form memristor emulator was then integrated into the design of chaotic systems. Firstly, a chaotic Jerk system was created using the memristor emulator, and its chaotic behavior was observed using the LTspice program after mathematical analysis. Similarly, the cubic form memristor emulator was employed in the Chua circuit, and its chaotic behavior was analyzed using MATLAB. In another stage of the study, we designed a communication system based on these chaotic systems. We developed a random number generator using the chaotic system derived from the Chua circuit and subsequently designed a chaotic encryption algorithm based on this generator. We implemented this algorithm using MATLAB, detailing the encryption and decryption steps. Additionally, we demonstrated a chaotic masking process using the jerk system, conducting simulation studies using MATLAB Simulink. Overall, our study encompasses the design of a memristor emulator, the presentation of two chaotic systems employing this emulator, and the realization of a chaotic communication system leveraging these chaotic systems.
