Abstract (EN)

In these days for a firm to survive in an intensive competition enviroment is related directly with the value that is created by that firm. The important one of the amount values is forming customer loyalty by creating customer value and customer satisfaction. Customer loyalty, is described as under the circumstances where the customer choice may change and despite marketing efforts customer contuining to buy the services and goods which they have bought before, again becoming the loyal customer of the same business. A loyal customer, is a customer, who regularly does shop and buys nearly everything about the same sector from the same firm, recommends the firm to his/her friends and always shows his/her loyalty to the same firm despite the attractiveness of competition. In this study the search was developed according to the aim of introducing customer loyalty and it?s reasons to insurance firms in Bozüyük/Bilecik. The reasons of this sector choose are, insurance sector indicates a blooming structure and there is a specific customer portfolio in this sector, because of the intensive competition in the insurance sector it is highly possible that if the customers are offered better opportunities and goods, they could leave their firms which always buy from and choose an another firm easily.
