Kurtalan district of Siirt province (Yunuslar) in standard ecological conditions, some local apricot cultivars (Çağataybey, Hacihaliloğlu) fruit qulity and determination of properties

In this study carried out on the five years old Hachaliloğlu and Çağataybey apricot cultivars in Siirt Kurtalan Dolphins ecology, phenological observations, morphological measurements, pomological and chemical analyzes of the cultivars were made. Full bloom Hacıhaliloğlu 26-30 March Çağataybey 6-10 March, harvest start date Hacıhaliloğlu 4-8 July Çağataybey 14-17 June and the period between full bloom and harvest was observed as 101-104 days in Hacıhaliloğlu and 96-100 days in Çağataybey. Furit weight as Hacıhaliloğlu 11.79g, Çağataybey 54.08g, SÇKM Hacıhaliloğlu 22.33% Çağataybey 19.13%, fruit pH Hacıhaliloğlu 4.04 Çağataybey 4.53, TEAO Hacıhaliloğlu 0.53% Çağataybey 0.17% determined. As a result of chemical analysis, some phenolic content, total phenolic content (Gallic acid Hacıhaliloğlu 0.683±0.0496 mg/kg, Çağataybey 0.642±0.052 mg/kg Quinic acid, Fumaric acid, Chlorogenic acid, Rutin) in both apricot cultivars, DPPH antioxidant activity determination by ABTS method (Hacıhaliloğlu 11.872±2.437 mg/kg, Çağataybey 11.278±0.627 mg/kg), antioxidant activity determination by ABTS method (Hacıhaliloğlu 15.068±0.6703 mg/kg, Çağataybey 13.756±1.251 mg/kg) total The flavonoid determination was determined as (Hacıhaliloğlu 11.743±0.633 mg/kg, Çağataybey 5.778±0.491 mg/kg).
