An experiment based on opinions and experts opinions related to materials used in the musical hearing-reading and writing at first step education at The Turkish Armed Forces Band Schools Command

This resarch is prepaired for the reason to put forward the deficiency of the musical hearing-reading and writing education program which is carried out in the Armed Forces Band Schools Command in scientific ways. The research is interpreted by processing the findings that gained by the conclusions after experimental works with 40 ? high school 9th class ? students who study in the Band School Of Armed Forces, and results which have been taken by the outcomes of the interview forms that have been done with the academists in the Solfege-Dictee Branch of Music Department of Music and Performing Arts Faculty of Bilkent University, Music Department of Ankara State Conservatory of Hacettepe University and The Turkish Armed Forces Band Schools Command, after a literal scan. When the musical hearing reading and writing education applied in the Turkish Armed Forces Band Schools Command is evaluated in education programmes, it is found out that musical hearing reading and writing education program is unsufficient, and some suggestions are given according to the outcomes.
