Abstract (EN)

In this thesisi study, to reduce the proportron of water and cement in roller compacted concrete Which is produced for road coating the effect of the use of high incidence water reducer super plasticizer concrete additive in and polypropilene fiber on the rcc to has been examined. In addition to the control example with a maximum aggregate diameter of 13 mm, containing only portland cement as binder At different ratios 1%, 1.5% and 2% of the cement weight were fed with polypropylene fiber and 1% and 2% of the cement weight BFS was used in the next mixture. 144 mixtures were prepared from a total of 150/150 / 150mm cube samples at two different water / cement ratios (0,53 and 0,42). The prepared samples were cured in water at 20 ºC ± 2 for 7 and 28 days. On cured samples; Uniaxial pressure, freezing, thawing and abrasion tests were carried out. As a result, proper compression of the produced SSB specimens is ensured. The addition of polypropylene fiber has a positive effect on the pressure, freezing, thawing and abrasion resistance. But it causes the water content to increase. However, if the proportion of propylene fiber exceeds the optimum value, it has a negative effect on the strength.
