Abstract (EN)
The aim of this work is to synthesis of new photosensitizers that will be used in photodynamic therapy to destroy cancer cells. These photosensitizers have to show high degree of light absorption, and possess high singlet oxygene quantum yields, and also show good suitibilty of living organizms. While the planning of synthetic routes to molecular structures, fundamental models that will be given in the literature take into consideration. According to necessity, these fundamental models are based on the planning of synthetic routes to new models. Products which are thought to produce high quantum yields of singlet oxygen are obtained by preparing from the suitable perylene diimides. It is proved data given in the literature that these perylene diimides can be used as photodynamic agent.
