Abstract (EN)
Specific heat is an indispensable property for thermal characterization of materials. In this study, some thermal properties of SiO2 based 2,5 nm and 5,0 nm Ni81Fe19 monolayer thin films were investigated. Differential Scanning Calorimeter (DSC) analysis of the samples were studied between 300-800 K. Temperature and thickness dependencies of specific heat of the samples for some heating rates were analyzed with Continuous Cp With Reference Method. Sapphire is used as the reference sample. The structures of samples have been investigated by SEM and EDAX analysis. The change of specific heat by heat rate is also investigated.
