Abstract (EN)

Negligence, as a violation of the duty of care, is a concept that is discussed in many aspects in practice and doctrine, as it is a constantly developing concept in parallel with technological and social developments. With the increase in the effectiveness of companies in economic and social life, there has been an increase in the negligent crimes committed within the scope of the companies' activities. In the organization of the company, different people at different levels work as a team and specialization and division of labor is carried out on many subjects. With this study, the issue of how criminal responsibility should be determined in negligent crimes, arising within the scope of companies' activities, will be discussed.
