Abstract (EN)
In this thesis, based on the quality of the civil aviation sector, the situation of the motivation situation of cabin officers is evaluated in the process. In this way, the effects of the motivation methods applied in civil aviation on the performance of cabin officers are being investigated. The first part of the work is related to the civil aviation sector and the motivation work within the sector. In this sense, the motivation perception of the sector in general is being investigated. The second part of the work concerns cabin services and cabin crew in the civil aviation sector. In the last part of the study, there is a questionnaire survey of 375 people serving as cabin attendants in an airline company. With this survey study, the level of the effect of the motivation methods applied in civil aviation on the performance of cabin officers is examined. As a result, in the survey, it has been found that motivation is extremely important in terms of the cabin attendants in terms of positive thinking and positive behavior.
