In the process from the childhood to the death of theindividuals, a certain number of factors affect the people and give shape to theirpolitical socialization.Ideology develops and is formed in Political Culture patterns. By the help ofthe ideology in harmony with the political culture they have, the people put forththe desire for realization of the common aimed targets. In view of that, by usingshared symbols, people may get together towards shared feelings and thoughts.Nowadays, in parallel with the increasing significance of the media, someideological messages directed towards the individuals are given by using the mediaas well. The role of the print and visual press in this matter particularly has cometo a state which is out of question. Some methods and symbols which are usingreporting news by media can form public opinion agenda with filling an ideologicalcontent to reported news which is assume by invidiuals in the society.Key Words: Political Culture, Ideology, Media, Creating Agenda,Manipulation.
