Abstract (EN)
chromatography-mass spectrometry (LC-MS/MS) device in order to determine the commonly used antidepressant active agents such as Paroxetine, Fluoxetine, Duloxetine, Citalopram, Escitalopram, Venlafaxine, Sertraline, Quetiapine, Opipramol, and Risperidone in human blood. The aim of this study is measure each active substances concurrent minimum value with the highest sensitivity in real time and it has been validated in terms of recovery, accuracy, percentage of relative standard deviation (%RSD), limit of quantification (LOQ), limit of detection (LOD), stability, consistency, effect of matrix and process for each active substance of drugs. LOD and LOQ values for obtained concentrations of each active substances were resulted that for LOD: 1 ng.mL-1; 0,05 ng.mL-1- 0,18 ng.mL-1, 50 ng.mL-1; 0,12 ng.mL-1- 0,65 ng.mL-1, 100 ng.mL-1; 0,16 ng.mL-1- 0,75 ng.mL-1 and for LOQ: 1 ng.mL-1; 0,16 ng.mL-1- 0,60 ng.mL-1, 50 ng.mL-1; 0,39 ng.mL-1- 2,18 ng.mL-1, 100 ng.mL-1; 0,54 ng.mL-1- 2,51 ng.mL-1 respectively. This method was resulted in %98 recovery at 1 ng.mL-1 concentration and %99 recovery at higher concentration levels and also it was confirmed above %95 recovery according to EURACHEM guide.
