Abstract (EN)
The person who gives education, which may be defined as a process including planned activities which have been created in order to initiate, continue and develop learning, and which aim student development, is the teacher. The realization of the objectives of education depends on the achievements in a teching environment. Therefore, the attitutes of a teacher in a classroom gains utmost importance. Class management is the procurement and sustainment of the necessary environment for learning. It is the elimination of the obstacles to study from the point of both teachers and students, the effective use of education time, the encouragement to the students to participate in class activities and the management of the resources, people and time in a classroom. Class management is an instrument enabling students to understand, evaluate and control themselves. Teachers are not only people giving lectures in a classroom, but they are a concrete model affecting the moulding of students? charters and their socialization directly with their moral values, social norms and ways of thinking. Consequently, the class management applications of teachers, who are in the leading position in a classroom, have important roles in the future of students.
