Abstract (EN)

America's own foreign policy has been to become a dominant power in the world and to rule the world as it wishes. When America could not rule the world, it pitted countries against each other, created a crisis in bilateral relations, and imposed all kinds of sanctions in political, economic and military terms. One of these sanctions was terrorist organizations. America has created internal turmoil in the region it wants through terror and terrorism, and in order to protect its own interests, it has supported terrorist organizations and used them in various ways by adopting intimidation and attrition tactics. This thesis explains how America actually achieves its own interests by presenting itself as a friend to the countries it will exploit and approaching them as if it is contributing to the development of these countries. The aim of this thesis is to show the true face of the USA by giving examples through terrorist organizations.
