Abstract (EN)

Applied to every area of life, today's technological advances are providing improvement to the quality of life by producing more efficient solutions. Health is one of mankind's basic needs like eating, drinking and housing. In parallel to technological developments, human life quality and duration is increased across the globe by the successful works in the health sector with the help of large amounts of source. One of the technological applications in the health sector are developments on the Hospital Information Management which is collecting, using, sharing necessary information and data for producing better health care and carrying out knowledge production with standard methods, providing highest level of benefit from produced data. Hospital Information Management Systems carries out vital functions such as flow of information between different clinical units in the hospital, the protection of this information, referral of patients between units, immediate sharing of examination results between units, as well as administrative functions like billing and personnel management. Laboratory Information Management Module which provides communication between Laboratories carries out all kinds of analysis with other units, and image (PACS) modules sharing images generated from imaging devices (X-ray, CT, MRI, etc.). Imaging that allows the sharing of images (PACS), make medical records and data to be reached and stored within different units of the hospital. But the data which produced, needed to be distributed, stored in the hospital is not limited with above situations. Particularly, lungs listening and measurement results isn't possible to be transmitted and stored in the Hospital Information Management Systems. The most important factor is that, produced data from devices used by the decision-maker physicians aren't needed to be stored. However, in trailing chronic patients and in retroactive observations, above medical data is needed to be stored. Thanks to new developed medical devices, above analogue signals from the patients can be processed, transmitted and stored by computers by making them numerical. With this project, unrecorded lungs area listening can be stored and transmitted.
