Evaluation of the quality performances of the companies manufacturing polymeric biomaterials in the situation of the pandemi̇c based on the method of verbal decision analysis

Pandemics are critical and important events that affect many areas. In the pandemics processes, especially the production and supply of medical products come to the fore. In this study, it is aimed to evaluate the quality performances affected in the production of polymeric biomaterials used in medical products during the Covid-19 process. Quality performance criteria affecting production were determined through literature review and sector interviews. A list of questions was created from the determined criteria and directed to six companies that are polymeric biomaterial producers in Ankara. Entropy, ABC analysis and ZAPROS method were applied to the answers received. The result of the study includes the changes in the quality performances of the companies in the production process.
