Content analysis was used to analyze qualitative data. Analyzes were made with the NVivo 12 program. According to the quantitative analysis results of the research; Students of the Faculty of Sport Sciences are generally highly satisfied with their distance education learning environment. The students stated that they could receive high levels of support in the dimensions of learning support, personal attention, authentic realistic learning, active learning and student autonomy in distance education. The male students participating in our study were more satisfied with distance education than female students, the 26-29 age group was more satisfied with distance education applications compared to other age groups, the physical education department students were in the distance learning environment category according to the coaching education and sports management students. It has been determined that they view education more positively, and from the point of view of the grade level variable, 2nd grade students are more satisfied with distance education applications. Although there was no difference in terms of the internet variable in our study, it was determined that the distance education satisfaction levels of those who participated in distance education with a computer were higher. According to the qualitative analysis results of the research; Although the perspectives of the academic staff working in the Faculties of Sports Sciences on distance education are generally positive, it is seen that they are insufficient in terms of applied courses alone and that the applied courses do not reach the full purpose.
