Abstract (EN)

This study aims to examine the relationship between the level of intra-organizational communication of individuals working in sports enterprises and the perceived corporate support. Dec. In the study, the effects of intra-organizational communication processes on employees' perception of corporate support were evaluated and the roles of demographic variables such as gender, age, working time, position, professional experience and education level on this relationship were examined. The research was carried out using descriptive and relational research model. While the universe consists of individuals working in private sports enterprises in the Beylikdüzü district of Istanbul, the sample consists of 196 sports enterprise employees determined by the easy sampling method. In the data collection process, the Intra-Organizational Communication Scale and the Perceived Institutional Support Scale were used. The data were analyzed by statistical methods such as Independent Groups t-Test, One-Way ANOVA, Pearson Correlation Analysis and Regression Analysis. According to the research findings, it has been determined that goal setting and feedback processes have a significant effect on perceived corporate support (p < .001). On the other hand, information, primary relationships and critical communication variables did not significantly affect the perception of institutional support (p >.05). While there was no determining effect of the gender variable, it was found that young employees scored higher in the dimensions of information, critical communication and perceived corporate support in terms of the age variable. It has been found that part-time employees score higher in all sub-dimensions compared to full-time employees. As a result, it is seen that certain dimensions of intra-organizational communication directly affect employees' perception of corporate support. Strengthening the target setting and feedback mechanisms stands out as a critical factor in increasing the commitment of employees to the organization. The findings show that organizational communication processes should be improved in sports enterprises.
