Abstract (EN)
The aim of this study is to investigate the relationship between the social capital perceptions of the employees of sports organizations and their commitment to organizational change. "Social Capital Scale" was used to measure the social capital perceptions of the subjects, and the "Organizational Change Perception Scale" was used to measure their organizational change commitment. The Kolmogorow-Smirnow test was applied and the kurtosis-skewness values were checked. Cronbach's Alpha Coefficients were obtained for both scales by analyzing the reliability of organizational change scale and social capital scale. Voluntary online survey technique was used as data collection method. The universe of the research consists of the technical, administrative, membership services, training and cleaning service employees of the for-profit and non-profit active sports consumption service providers in the province of Istanbul. The research sample consists of 533 people. In line with the data obtained, it was concluded that as the social capital perceptions of the participants increased, their commitment to change also increased. In this direction, it is thought that directing the employees of sports organizations to higher education in order to develop their skills such as socialization activities, fun group work, cooperation and empathy, which support change where they can come together with their colleagues, will make positive contributions.
