Abstract (EN)
The aim of this research is to examine the effects of the motivation of sports managers on their success levels. As a research model, the relational survey model, one of the descriptive survey models, was used. Personal Information Form, Adult Motivation Scale, and Organizational Commitment Scale were used to collect data in the study. The data obtained as a result of the research were analyzed using the SPSS statistical program. It was found that the data obtained in the study showed normal distribution as a result of the analysis. One-Way Analysis of Variance (Anova) was used to examine the effects of independent variables on dependent variables in the analysis of the data. Pearson Product-Moment Correlation technique was used to examine the relationship between communication skills and achievement motivation levels. As a result of the research, a significant relationship was determined between Adult Motivation and Organizational Commitment levels.
